The Open Water Course offers all our
customers from the age of 15
and upwards the chance to
develop the knowledge and
skills you will need to enjoy a
lifetime of Underwater
Exploration.
Within the company of a Dive
Professional Instructor, you
will with the inclusive course
materials be provided with the
necessary equipment to feel
confident and comfortable to
learn to dive in our
Professional, Fun, Safe Diving
Environment to access our own
onsite Heated indoor swimming
pool specifically built for
training purposes.
In association with Scuba
Schools International you will
gain the qualification to
become a recognized Diver
anywhere around the world to
dive up to a qualifying depth
of 18 metres. Here at BCDA we
feel you deserve more time with
the instructor, we have limited
our class numbers to ensure you
maximize the time spent in the
water, ensuring your levels of
skill are developed with ease
and comfort. With Greater
Knowledge and Awareness we
provide you with all the latest
life support equipment for you
to dive safely, inclusive of
computers to monitor your air
supply and depths. Our local
shore diving provides the
conditions to access ease of
the skills you will require to
implement when we take you out
for your final two dives off
our fully equipped boat to the
colourful reef systems here off
our coast.
Alternatively, you can
upgrade to finish your final
two dives off our Helicopter
'Nemo' at the pristine sites of
the Abrolhos Islands.
Providing a four - five day
course inclusive of; crew pack,
equipment hire, boat dives,
certification. That you can
join over two consecutive
weekends or alternatively a
weekly block course.
All you need are your
bathers, towel and a keen
interest to get wet to have
some 'Serious Diving, Serious
Fun!' If you are between the ages of 12
& 15 you can take the
Junior Open Water Diver
Course.
